I have this keychain and not only do the backs look banged up ( on the one that CZ22 posted ) but, 2 of the candy charms look to be chipping the paint. If you look at the polka dot one and the orange/white checkered one, there are silver spots that look like the paint has completely chipped off.

Here are pics of mine for reference, it's never been used. It was bought at the outlet over a year ago.

When I first looked at the pics it seemed like all those marks might have been just an effect of the lighting, but I think you're right. I have the same keychain and used it as a purse charm maybe 5 or 6 times at the most and already the white one with the multicolor dots is showing a bit of the white enamel chipping off in exactly the same spot - what would be the lower right corner right under the smallest blue dot - as the one in cz22's photos, so it has to be from the charm just below it rubbing against it. The keychain in the first set of pics is genuine but it's really banged up, maybe from actually using it as a keychain where the charms are constantly rubbing and banging against each other as the car's moving.

Hi, can you help me authenticate this key chain for my bag? I found it digging out my stuff..haha! but it was a gift so im not sure...

Thanks!!

pics attached

Both the box and keychain are fake. That style was never made in blue, or any color except dark pink, but the fakes sites sell them in every color of the rainbow and even in black.

Comments: I came across this and was wondering if it's a new swingpack in the Kristin line. It does not show up on Coach's website so I'm wondering if it has not been released yet. TIA!

Bump. I'm not sure if this is real of fake. Thanks!

There are other styles in the same fabric pattern - "KRISTIN GRAPHIC OP ART WITH SEQUINS". I'm not seeing anything that would make me think it's fake.

If you're wondering if it's been released or is sold out, someone at the regular Coach forum may know.

The keychain looks ok although the hangtag is missing. BTW, the backs of the keychain charms really look banged up - is it listed as a used item? The backs on a new one should be smooth and shiny except for the Coach logo stampings. Unless the photographer is using some kind of filter or software to dull the glare?

I can't help with the scarf but a lot of genuine Coach items come in plastic bags when you order them online. Maybe someone else can answer?

Yep, the keychain was advertised as used, lost mini hangtag, and chipping paint, so they were very thorough. I just wanted to check authenticity since I have never seen this in real life before. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the extra input! It is chipping a few places on the last three charms, but this is the only one I have ever come across and I couldn't turn it down (too tarn cute!). Maybe someday I will replace it with a perfect one, but I am glad to have this one right now.

Buyer claiming fake...states: ""I have noticed that the Hardware appears to be polished nickel, but has the weight of plastic.
Coach selects only the top ten percent of leathers. The poor quaility of this bag wouldn't qualify. Coach embossed creed with just a style number?"

Any help, comments would be greatly appreciated!
Your buyer is wrong. The bag is fine.

Both of the following items are in the following pictures:
candy keychain
and
tattersall scarf (still "wrapped")
I'm wary because I have never seen scarves come in plastic bags, is that normal?

The scarf looks fine. They do come in bags but most stores remove them from the bag before putting on the selling floor.

I thought the keychain might have incorrect colors on the starlight mint and the lollipop but it could be just the lighting.

What are the colors (on your keychain) of the wrapped mint in real life? Is it dark and light pink? And is the lollipop orange and pink or orange and white?

Jas, Direct your buyer here. Coach is not made like it used to. We all know that. The bag looks fine.

The colors are orange and a really pale pink, almost white, on the lollypop, and dark and light pink on the starlight mint. The pink on the hangtag is just about the same shade as the lighter pink color on the round starlight mint. Coach's pic is actually pretty close.

What does she mean by "Coach embossed creed with just a style number?". It looks like it has a full serial number.
