This bag is fake and so are all the Coach bags this seller is selling and has sold. The seller's other designer items are also suspect. Do not buy anything from krishna_botique.

In the future, please use the format indicated in Post #1. This helps when searching for items and sellers.

For example,

Item: GRAFFITI LEATHER TOTE BAG w/ CHAIN HANDLES
Listing number: 170453516747
Seller: krishna_botique
Link: http://cgi.ebay.ph/Auth-COACH-GRAFF...QQptZLH_DefaultDomain_211?hash=item27afd241cb

I can't believe how knowledgable and helpful people are here!

Both look ok. The price tag is unattached on the first one.

Hello!
May I have this authenticate please? I've been wanting this kind of purse.

Item: COACH SABRINA MADISON TAN LEATHER 12937
Listing number: 270540018300
Seller: peachesannh
Link: http://cgi.ebay.com/COACH-SABRINA-M...emQQptZUS_CSA_WH_Handbags?hash=item3efd71127c
Comments: Is it authentic?

Thank you so much!

Please request a picture of the creed. If the seller refuses to provide one, it's best to look for another seller. There are many other sellers out there who are willing to provide additional pictures.

I was kinda worried, coz was browsing through the other thread - "The Answers to AUTHENTICITY Questions" and read bout the CC's arrangement. Noticed that the arrangements of the CC on the top and bottom part of the bag are not completely centralized and symmetrical. Kindly see pix for reference.

Does this alter your answer that the bag is authentic? :push::sweatdrop: Thanks again!

Help, anyone? TIA!
The C pattern doesn't change my opinion. It's fine. Often the Cs aren't perfectly centered top and/or bottom.

I've been gone for a few days and just returned and spent an hour reading posts. I was shocked to see this post.

Whywhy89, I found your post rude and unnecessary. To reiterate what others have said - the posters here respond on their own time and when they have time. We volunteer our time to do this and no one gets paid here. We all have lives and families and jobs and other responsibilities, which sometimes take priority over our time here. If a post was missed it was by no means intentional. Sometimes a post is skipped over because we are unfamiliar with the style or perhaps the listing doesn't provide enough pictures for a definitive answer. Or sometimes the post is just missed.

There are pages and pages of posts here every day and to expect someone to always respond immediately is unrealistic. BeenBurned has been one of our most prolific expert posters, and she always responds when she is able to. Whywhy89, you owe BeenBurned an apology.
Ok I'm late to this and it's probably been resolved but I have to say that BeenBurned is ALWAYS on time with her replies like all the wonderful ladies that take time out of their busy lives to help prevent us from making expensive mistakes.
Thanks, Starry and Giagnm.

Unfortunately, no apology was forthcoming from whywhy89, but the support from other tPF'ers is heartening and appreciated. :D

Many thanks, BeenBurned! :hugs: You guys are awesome!

Off to enjoy my new AUTHENTIC Coach bag now..! :yahoo:

It's really doubtful that anything you yourself bought at a Coach outlet would be fake. We've said this before but it bears repeating - Coach workmanship is NOT always perfect! Please get that "rule" out of your mind because it's just not true, not now and not 10 or 20 years ago either.

And Coach has NEVER used exactly the same creed formats and fonts on all its bags. There are variations between styles, years, and plants now and there were even more the older the item is. The ONLY time you can ever compare 2 Coach items is if they're exactly the same style and were made in the same plant and in the same month and year. Otherwise, there ARE going to be differences.

As for the fake you bought - unfortunately, to go along with Ebay's new policy of making things easier for counterfeit sellers, Ebay and not Paypal is now handling SNAD claims and no matter what you say to try and prove that the bag is fake, they'll still tell you to send it back to the seller to s/he can sell it to some other poor schmuck and Ebay can collect even more fees. They don't CARE if something's fake any more, all they want is to show a profit to the stockholders so the management can hang on to their jobs.

Before anyone buys a designer item on Ebay, I personally suggest they see if the same item is being sold on Bonanzle. At least the management there is making a solid effort to remove fakes and fakes sellers. And no, I don't sell on either one, but I'm thoroughly disgusted with Ebay and what's been happening with the way they're handling fakes and fakes reporting. Many tPFers have Bonanzle booths either in addition to or instead of Ebay stores, and it never hurts to check and see what's available. You may even be able to work with the sellers a little bit on the prices. ;)

JMO, for what it's worth.

Thanks, I feel better about things, and am learning so much from you. I had never heard of Bonanzle but I am intrigued by my first look, so I am going to check it out. It would be great to not have to wade through all the fakes to get what I want. And I think your advice/opinion is worth quite a lot BTW.
