Comments: I'm just curious about this tote and why it has a "Z" before the style number. I was at a TJ Maxx yesterday and spotted a camel Coach east/west tote with a dogleash clasp closure like this style. Is it a department store delete ("X" stamp on the creed)?

I would appreciate any insights on the "Z." I'm having a tough time searching tPF for any info on this designation and I'm just curious.

I've been seeing "Z" style numbers as well as the X on the creeds of Marshall's and TJ bags.

It appears to be another marking that Coach is using when they liquidate bags to discounters.

#3 and #4 look good.

#1 and #2 might be okay but there either aren't enough pictures or the pictures don't show enough detail.

That's the problem with giving too many details about what makes an item fake. A seller who doesn't read, understand or care about the rules will just try and find a way to get around them.

CLOTHESHORSEGAL, FAKE IS FAKE. AND FAKES CAN'T BE SOLD ON EBAY OR ANYWHERE IN THE US. THAT'S FEDERAL LAW.

Frankly, IMO, this type of seller doesn't deserve another chance! After having been contacted through ASQ, posting here and receiving further communication and confirmation that the bag is fake still doesn't end her listing until being contacted again.

Then she ends the listing and RELISTS, this PURPOSELY omitting mention of the Coach name.

Clearly, she is trying to deceive buyers and also, avoid ebay filters.
