It looks fine.

A lot of Coach's small accessories such as pouches, swingpacks, cosmetic cases, etc. don't have serial numbers.

Some don't have creeds at all. Others have creeds but without serial numbers and still others have both creed and serial numbers.

Coach is inconsistent. It's a good idea to post questions if you aren't comfortable about authenticity.

I fixed the links in your post which weren't working before.

#1 - I'd like to see more pictures, including pictures of the back, bottom, and sides, and closeup pictures of the creed and hangtags and logo plaque on the front.

#2 - Looks ok, but I'd still ask for a closeup picture of the creed.
