I agree with BeenBurned in Post#1771 ...there are 2 different pictures showing the creed. I'd ask the seller which creed picture goes with that bag. One picture shows a serial number that is xxx-xxxx and the other one shows xxxx-xxx. That indicates bags that were made in different years.

I have NO idea what or IF Bonnie Cashin had anything at all to do with that bag. It's one of many, many satchel styles that Coach came out with over the years. I forget the actual name of that style though.

It's authentic, but who knows how old it is OR why they are using Cashin's name.

BTW, I finally came across the name for this one - Soho Eldridge Hobo, original price in 1997 was $234.

Her concern is about the SELLER, not about the authenticity.

Kalahari, there isn't anything you can do. Pay for it and don't leave any Feedback, or if there's a problem, leave honest Feedback. No one said the seller doesn't sell genuine, it's her transactions with the people she buys from that would make me avoid dealing with her. You should always check EVERY seller's record at Toolhaus.org and here at these forums, that's why we ask that the seller's name appear in all posts asking for advice.

Anyone who buys on Ebay should also keep lists of both honest sellers and sellers who have negative Feedback or comments from other posters about why they should be avoided. It only takes a few seconds to set up and save two lists in Notepad or Wordpad and then just copy & paste sellers' name onto one of the lists. It can save a lot of time and aggro.

And Wis, the poster ALREADY posted it in the correct format in post # 1738. I think she was replying to my post, not yours. You may also want to read the links concerning that seller.
