Both are fake. Ebay doesn't allow sellers to disclaim authenticity. They are responsible for making sure everything they sell is authentic and if they're not sure, they can't sell it and can't say they don't know. Notice the seller is trying to get around it by not mentioning Coach in the title or item specifics, but in the description does say that the purse is marked with "Coach."
