Those pictures are really poor quality and much too blurry to see any detail. Please ask the seller to send clear pictures of the bag including the the back of the bag, the hardware, studs at the base of the handles, logo plaque, front of the hangtags, and a clear, closeup picture of the creed. If the seller is having trouble getting clear pics, tell her to use the macro feature (indicated by the tulip/flower icon) on her camera.

The price tag for the wallet looks like a replacement that was made at store level when the original was lost, misplaced or missing.

As for the turnlock, I would assume they'd replace it but I don't know whether shipping and the price would be worth it.

I wonder whether silver-coach sells replacement turnlocks.

It looks ok, but that discoloration on the inside of the wallet looks awful. I don't think you'd be able to get that off. I don't know if it's the pictures, but the strap on the bag looks faded. Yes, Coach would be able to fix the turnlock.

I've seen price tags like that several times now. Sometimes when they make tags in the outlet, it says something like "Handbag of Cow Leather" or in this case, for the wallet, "Wallet, Women's of Cow Leather" (the words are cut off on the tag). I have no idea why it says that but I've seen three tags so far for bags that say "Handbag of Cow Leather." Maybe the tag was made "on-the-fly."
