It looks ok as long as those are the actual pictures of the bag. If you meet the seller to look at the bag, be sure to examine it carefully and make sure it matches the pictures.

The "bullet" mark on the upper right corner of the creed indicates that the bag was purchased from an outlet.

That doesn't mean that the bag is "irregular," "second quality" or any other negative connotation. All Coach bags are first quality but they mark the outlet bags so someone can't get a full-price refund if they return it to the boutique.

If she's selling it as NWT (new with tags) I'd be wary. That is not original price tag placement.
