In order to authenticate, there needs to be many more pictures, including a picture of the creed, pictures of the front, back, bottom, and sides of the bag, and pictures of the lining, hardware, logo plaque, and hangtags.
I don't recommend buying highly faked items such as a Sabrinas based on only one picture.

I saw the exact same model (#42954) of the wallet I'm interested in at Coach's website, but they do not have that model in purple. So I am kind of worried if the purple wallet is real or a fake.
The Gramercy Op Art Compact Clutch wallet looks good. Yes, it was made in purple. Here is Coach's picture of the wallet in purple.

Yikes! I would not buy from this seller.
I've been watching this seller for awhile ever since his items came up here awhile ago. There are a lot of red flags on his listings. He sells the same highly faked items over and over in multiple quantities using the same pictures. There are some things I see in his auction pictures that aren't right.
Check out his Toolhaus. There are accusations of fake SanDisk cards.

#1 - Needs more pictures.
#2 - It looks ok, but I was looking at the seller's other items and came across something that irks me. I don't understand why some sellers think it's ok to use a copyrighted Coach photo as the only picture of the entire bag.
I'm referring to this auction where the first picture is a stock photo and the only picture of the entire front of the bag in the auction:

The seller has already taken her own photos of the other parts of the bag, so why not just take her own photo of the front of the bag? The stock photo she has on there now is teeny tiny.

It looks ok, but better pictures would help. As I mentioned before about this seller, I wonder where he is getting his merchandise - all new and current styles selling for less than retail. I guess I'm a bit wary as it's a fairly new seller (just started selling in July) who has so many NWT current style items.

Also, she stated the serial # is MO4K-5659 and when I googles that, the small scribble totes came up. What do the experts think? ANd did Coach really make this purse, and if so, what is the real #? I have the regular Ali flap in denim (with the short strap) and it looks really really similar! Thanks Ladies!

It's fake. Style # 5659 belongs to the Scribble Mini Tote. This number is commonly found on fakes. If the bag is not the Scribble Mini Tote and it has this style number, then it's fake. As for the bag in the auction, the dust bag is fake, the scarf is fake, the hangtag is fake, the hardware is wrong, the studs are wrong, just to name a few.
There is a similar style but this listing is fake. The serial number on this bag is commonly seen on fakes and is (as you stated) for a scribble tote.
Sorry but I can't help with the style number of the real deal.

A picture of the creed is necessary. I would also get a picture of the back and bottom of the bag, and a picture of the inside of the price tag showing the codes, and a closer picture of the front of the bag, especially of the logo plaque and the studs on the handles. Are the hangtags missing? The price tag is attached but I don't see any hangtags. If the hangtags are available, please get closeup pictures of the front of the hangtags.
