Looks like it's from the Gramercy collection- I don't know if the fact that that color isn't on there anymore is a big deal- I have a Parker Op Art Hippie in a color that isn't on there anymore (only the black is on the website now, and I know there are at least 4 legitimate colors of it). Sometimes a color is sold-out or last season's colors. But wait for one of the experts to comment to be sure.

You're welcome.

As for the color not being on the website, there are a couple of reasons for this. Sometimes the color may be sold out so they remove it from the site in order not to disappoint buyers who might want that no-longer-available color or sometimes, certain colors are made for specific stores and might only be available at that store.

For example, there are often items that are exclusive to Macy's and you won't find it on the Coach website.

Also, there are colors that are MFF and won't be on the Coach website.

Not sure what the situation is with this item but just wanted to explain why you might see something on ebay that isn't on Coach's site.

The other styles in that group were all available in Purple so it's probably just sold out at Coach.com. I copied pics of the larger styles in Purple but not of the one you're interested in (I'm just not a small wallet person, sorry!). :D

Haha! I guess I'm a small wallet person because all my previous wallet sizes are around 4" by 3". In fact, this Coach wallet will be the biggest wallet I've gotten so far! I adore the colour purple :p

Those hangtags are definitely fake. I don't believe this bag is authentic. I was looking at a real one of this style today which I examined closely and there are differences.

- The hangtags are one of the most noticeable differences. Both of your hangtags are wrong.
- The material of the creed is different from the creed you've pictured. The material of your creed is too matte. Also, on the real creed I looked at (which had the exact same serial number and so should be identical), there is more space between the words MATERIALS AND.
- The patch on the front shouldn't be as matte as it appears in your pictures and the printing/stamping is off. On the real patch, the letters are more defined. Yours was stamped in a different way from the authentic one.
- There are also differences in the Coach imprint and spacing on the zipper pull.

This is a scary fake because it's a very close copy. Please contact your friend to get your money back. I hope her "sister" doesn't buy any more bags from the same source in the U.S.
