Thanks BeenBurned.

Here's a closer up pic of the creed, just realised how small the pic is. The "handcrafted in" looks run-on too.

What do the rest think?
Again, wait for other opinions but I think it's fake. This style has some really "good" fakes and the run on wording on the creed is the telltale sign. Otherwise, the bags are decent.

Hi,
I am looking for the SOHO black leather, but I am pretty sure there are many fakes. What do you think about that one :

Would you have a seller to advice me ?

What about those:

Thanks so much ;)
#1: looks okay

#2: I don't recommend. SHe steals stock pictures both from Coach/websites and/or from other sellers. You don't know what you'll be getting.

#3: Need more pictures.

Hi,
I found this bag some time ago and just now pulled it out of the closet. I like it and think it is very unique, and would like to know a little more about it. If any of you can give me any info on this bag, I would really appreciate it. The creed is a bit faded, but it says

"This is a Coach bag. It is made out of completely natural glove tanned cowhide. The scars, scratches, veins, and wrinkles are natural markings characteristic of full-grain leathers. Made in New York City, U.S.A. No. 020-4841

It really is a beautiful piece, kind of reminds me of a mail carrying bag. Any info would be appreciated.

TIA:smile1:

Thanks Beenburned ;)

Do you think the price is ok for the SOHO one (59 USD) ? I can not find any indications on google.
Should I ask for the serial nomber as it is not clearly readable on the picture ?

It's authentic but I'm not sure of the name. The serial number indicates it is from late 1970's-mid 1980's.

Does it look like this one from an old Coach brochure?

Oh, I saw what it says. Mine is a little smaller, 9 x 7 x 1.5
I'm going to put it in my collection and admire it! :yahoo:

I love the look of that bag. SO...it's probably called the Saddle Pouch Medium or Small.

Lovely vintage bag.
