A creed pic of the second bag would help. But those were still at the outlets as of a few days ago so it's probably genuine.

If you're close to a Coach outlet you may even want to call and see if they have any of that style left.

The best thing to do is to post the links to the ones you're looking at. The bag in the auction above might be a Factory version, but I'd need to see a closeup picture of the creed to be sure.
