You're correct. It's definitely fake. The serial number is not valid.
Refer the seller to this post. (Also, save a copy of the lisitng in case it disappears.)
If the seller is honest, she'll come here, see that you are correct and issue a full refund, including shipping.

I have a comment on the boldfaced part of your post.
You state that you think it's a replica, meaning you aren't 100% sure. In the future, you shouldn't open disputes against sellers until you've received confirmation that an item is fake.
We've seen too many honest sellers improperly accused of selling a fake and disputes are open when the buyers have no clue on authenticity.
Again, in this case, you are absolutely correct and the dispute is valid, but in the future, wait until you are sure.

VERY fake - the prefix DEJ- of the serial # is invalid and doesn't even have a year code, the second half which is the style number belongs to style 9816 which is an all-smooth-leather Legacy Slim Duffle Sac, the hangtag isn't sewn correctly, the style that this fake was ripped off from shouldn't have white contrast stitching, the "leather" is thin, cheap and looks like (and probably IS) vinyl, and the style this is copied from would never have been made in the US, only in China. The creed statement is also false, this fake is NOT made of glove-tanned cowhide - "glove-tanned cowhide" is smooth like a baseball mitt.
It's a cheap piece of junk and the seller owes you a full refund. If they refuse, file a Paypal SNAD claim and use the above list as proof that the bag is counterfeit.
It even looks like the fakers tried to add a fake Outlet stamp onto the creed patch - proof that an outlet bulls-eye doesn't prove a bloody thing about authenticity.
From now on, ask here BEFORE you bid. And ask for confirmation from the experts before accusing a seller of selling you a fake - many genuine Coaches DON'T have "Coach" stamped on the hardware.

It doesn't look right to me. I don't recognize the style. And the puffy creed is bothersome. I can't read the serial number. What is it?

I can barely read the serial number, but if it's 10369, it's definitely fake, that number belongs to a Hamptons Legacy Stripe Satchel with solid-color, NOT Signature, fabric like this:

Normally I'd wait for more experts to take a look, but since it ends in 12 hours and the hangtag is definitely NOT genuine and the seller is claiming it as one of the things that proves it's authentic, and since the stitching at the end of the zipper in the last photo is WAAAAAY off, AND since there's no tassel on the end of the zipper that's not clipped to the O-ring, AND since the creeds on the other Hamptons aren't puffy and are supposedly from the same plant and made in the same month, I'm going to say fake.

I'm not sure of this listing and will defer authenticity opinions to others, but I don't recommend this seller e-v-e-r.
I have a tentative thumbs up from a SA at a Coach store on this purse but as I have read how unreliable their staff can be I would love to get some Coach experts to give me a thumbs up (or down but I hope not) as I do plan to sell it and want to be 150% certain it is authentic.
Sorry for the big pics, just got a new camera and haven't figured out how to size right yet.
Any other pics needed please let me know and I would be happy to take more.
