I think the scarf looks fine. Is there a brown cloth label attached?

A credit card statement proves NOTHING! Just that she shopped at a store. It doesn't show what she purchased and even if she purchased a bag of the correct style, it doesn't mean that you received that item.

And for the first (or maybe the second time), Coach has finally given a correct answer. Yes, sometimes the counterfeiters are smart enough to use the correct style number on a fake.

Please post pictures and we can either confirm your suspicions or give you better news.

Although I don't see any obvious red flags, her authenticity disclaimer bothers me: (PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME EMAILS ON AUTHENTICITY, I ALREADY CLRAIFY AND I CANNOT PROVE IT SINCE I DONT HAVE THE RECEIPT FOR IT, I DID BOUGHT IT AT THE COACH BURLINGTON OUTLET)

Another consideration is that you don't know that the pictures are the actual item.

I'm pretty sure that's authentic. The patches are not supposed to be exactly proportionate to the hardware (atleast I didn't think so). When you say the leather overlaps and isn't sewn down, is it glued or just loose? I think your pictures are fine and it's a beautiful bag. More opinions will follow I'm sure, you should wait to hear from others.
