Hi, I was just in another subforum, and someone mentioned a website - shopstarstyle - and the poster mentioned 60% off with the code "get60". They have about ten pages of Coach bags, and with 60% off, they seem really inexpensive to me. Almost like it is too good of a deal!?
Does this site seem legitimate? I am still learning here at tpf...

If you would have used the Search TPF link you would have found quite a few posts about that site and the general opinion that it sells fakes. Do you really believe that Coach and other major designer bag makers like LV sell their merchandise to re-sellers who sell it at wholesale prices on the internet?

Any time you're looking for information about a website or seller, please use the Search feature and if you can' t find any posts, then ask at the forum. And please post the link to the forum or thread where someone is giving online discount coupon codes for a site that sells fakes - that post needs to be removed and the poster warned.

Almost every single site selling "designer bags at discount prices" is selling fakes.

PLEASE DON'T REPORT THIS BAG UNTIL SOMEONE VERIFIES THAT IT'S FAKE. THE SERIAL NUMBER INDICATES THAT IT'S A PILOT BAG AND IT'S VERY POSSSIBLE THAT IT WAS MADE WITH THAT COLOR LINING BEFORE COACH DECIDED TO USE A DIFFERENT COLOR.

Our experts need to take a look BEFORE anyone reports it.

It's a cheap fake. Vintage bags (bags older than 15 years old) or ANY bag made before 2000 would NEVER have a Signature C patterned fabric. There are a LOT of other signs that it's fake including a serial number that's totally wrong for the bag.

Please report it as fake to the website owners.

It doesn't even look like any Ergo I've ever seen, it looks like the cheap piece of junk that it really is. Reported.

Thank you so much Hyacinth, really appreciate your kind help, will notify the web owner and everyone in that website to aware of this bag. BTW, thank you for sharing your knowledge, that's a something new I've learned again from you today, and that feels good.
