I actually think the bag might be ok. The details look correct to me. 10537 is the style number for the Hamptons Signature Perforated Business Tote:

Good Morning, Can someone please take a look at this bag/wallet for me please. Does it seem odd that a new bag doesn't come with a duster bag, and would it be rude for me to ask how they would package it when shipped ?- sorry I'm a ebay/bonzanzle virgin.
I have a friend going to Vegas next month has any one seen this at the outlet stores - if you have how much was it?

Outlet items, especially bags, don't come with dustbags.

If you want to know how a seller ships their items, just ask them. It's a perfectly fair question.
