If the bag is new with tags, you can determine if it is a factory bag by looking at the style number. An "F" will be at the beginning of the style number if it is a bag only offered at the factory store.

No pic of the creed patch on there but my friend confirmed it does indeed say M04K-5659 (and it also states this on the listing).
I wasn't sure about the lining of the bag either.

This is definitely fake. Please report it to eBay and try to find some way for your friend to get her money back - filing SNAD, contacting PayPal etc.
