yeah, and they said off the japanese site. but i'm not going to bid because like you said they've had some shady feedback and replies to previous buyers. i guess i wouldn't link them to the previous scammer in canada, it would be like saying all u.s. sellers who have 1 or 2 negs and gave not so great replies to a buyer are the same scammer-i don't know if this seller is legit or not, but i wouldn't jump to the conclusion that it's the same scammer as before

My gut feeling tells me that it's the same seller, and since both IDs have been removed from Ebay I suppose it's ok to mention the names?

Anyway, it's interesting that the new seller's ID only really started being active the same time that we started posting about phenixx2000 and then fashionoulet's missing tags and hangtags, and then started reporting their fakes. I'm also wondering if phenixx/fash were suspended or if they deliberately closed their original account since they had this one as a backup, and once the old IDs were purged from Ebay's system there would be no way for anyone at Trust & Safety to start comparing things like the seller's ISPs, registered addresses, etc.

D@mn, I'm a suspicious old biddy, ain't I? :graucho:

i'd think it's ok to mention old sellers if no longer active. i didn't read all of the current seller's listings, but most of the pictures show hangtags on the bags for this seller, so i'm not sure what you guys are all talking about with the no hangtag stuff (unless the bag pictured has them but description states otherwise?). i did realize that a lot of them don't have price tags (so maybe the bags aren't new but used once or twice so you can't tell they've been used and the seller can get away with saying they're new to attract more buyers?). either way it doesn't matter as i'm not bidding but i just haven't noticed the missing hangtags on the bags (i did notice one didn't have one-a black sig stripe bag- but that's it as far as no hangtag...most were nwot tho). guess i'd rather give people the benefit of the doubt and i think a lot of the coach bags (won't comment on wallets because i didn't look at those auctions-a lot of the bags are outlet bags too) this seller has sold look authentic (maybe they photo a real one but sell fakes?). you can tell the photos are not stolen too cuz they are all the same background.

Hi, can someone here tell me if these look okay? I just found one identical to the smaller one in this listing at a yard sale. I tried taking pics (of mine) to put on here, but the creed is very hard to pull out enough to get good pics! The number in mine is:0397 301. Any help would be appreciated! I will try to get pics of my actual bag & post soon. Mostly wanted to see if the number is legit. Thanks so much!

ok ladies i need some advice on friday i got advice about a coach purse that i thought may have been fake and indeed it was so we went ahead and made a dispute with paypal after sending the seller several messages that she did not answer, and she still has not responded to the dispute either. What should i do should i go ahead and escalate the dispute to a paypal claim or wait a little longer. To me it makes her seem extremely guilty by not responding to messages. I dont know what to do.

i would have escalated it to a claim right away...so i say escalate it now, she will have 10 days i think it is to respond once you do that...if she still fails to respond you win the claim and paypal will issue you a refund

Since the seller reuses the same photos on many of the auctions, the bag that's pictured would not be the exact bag that the buyer will receive. I just find it odd that the bag that is missing the hangtag in one auction is also missing the hangtag in the other auctions for the same style.

The ones that I saw that had no hangtags were the auctions for
AUTHENTIC COACH ERGO BELTED LEATHER HOBO BAG 11302
The 3 auctions for NEW AUTHENTIC COACH CRICKET LEATHER CLUTCH-42641
Authentic Coach Signature Stripe Tote Bag-12977-Black

Under sold items, there are some bags that are missing the hangtags
AUTH. COACH HERITAGE STRIPE TOTE- 13032-PLATINUM (#130290986372)
Several auctions for AUTHENTIC COACH SIGNATURE GALLERY PLEATED TOTE BAG-1272 (#130288346620) are all missing hangtags.

To add to what Hyacinth said - towards the end, phenixx2000/fashionoulet starting selling bags with price tags and hangtags. So either he/she was reading this forum or somehow caught on.

I'm not saying for sure that these are the same seller, but I do find the wording of these auctions curiously similar to the wording of phenixx2000/fashionoulet's auctions. Phenixx2000/fashionoulet's bags were also authentic-looking and some of them did appear to be outlet styles. Several of the wallets were proven to be fake, though. It just makes me concerned when I run across another seller who is selling the same brands of merchandise, with the same "no price tags" and/or "no hangtags" MO, and has the same sort of evasive answers to buyer's questions. Whether or not it's the same seller, all this makes me wary.

Here is an example of an answer on a completed auction for
AUTHENTIC COACH PARKER OP ART SHOULDER BAG-13508-SILVER (#130293578417) that doesn't really answer the question asked.

Q: Hello! I love this bag! Are the tags attached and has it ever been used? Was it purchased at a Coach store or a department store and have the Coach card inside to guaranteed authenticity?

A: authentic guaranteed or your full money back incl. return shipping. Only comes with Coach leather tag, no price tags.

i agree that that answer is way too vague. the answers i got were much better/clearer. and the bag was authenticated on another forum as being a real bag-still don't want to put up with the hassle if the bag being sent out turns out to be different (i did notice another listing with the same photos for a bin of these bags). i've sold bags without tags tho...i might intend to keep them then buy myself a few more in a short period of time and decide to sell one or a few i don't really need (which obviously is not what this seller is doing, but just an example)...i've also heard of some outlets cutting tags off without asking-maybe that is the same case here? as to the hangtags i did look back through the sellers feedback and they did sell some hangtags (maybe they wanted to try to make a double profit? or they just recycled listings without changing wording?). i just think this seller looks more legit than those 2 (this seller has been active since 2007-started as a buyer then went to selling and buying...and not until around the holidays of 2008 started selling designer items based on feedback). i guess i'd just rather give this seller the benefit of the doubt that this seller is not one of the previous scammers.

Hi everyone,

I am new here, and really would like to ask for your help.

I am terribly in love with this bag but in the Netherlands there is no Coach available. Now I did find one but I need your help. Is this a really bad fake? I only want a authentic one.

Please help!

Kind regards, Noelle

It's fake. Please wait for opinions from the pros but I am under the impression that Coach never used that lining.
