I've never seen that style before, the strap looks thin and cheap, and the hardware doesn't look right. Can you post the link where you found it?

I would NOT bid on that bag.

Just my opinion. Looking at the 3 pictures the bag "looks" authentic. It looks like Coach quality, the wording on the creed is correct for nubuc, but I have never seen it before. (I have a small list of older style numbers and names and that number IS NOT on it so I don't have a clue what the name is).

Sorry - I just can't say for sure and I hope someone comes along who can give you good information.

Coach did some nubuc Ergo-style bags during that time that used the lining fabric and hardware from the Sonomas, and that's one of them. I don't know the name though.

"Nubuc" is the correct spelling.

The fact that it's a brand-new seller is a big problem. It's hard to say one way or the other without being able to see some sort of history.

I've seen two bags from different sellers on Ebay that show the same serial number K35 6388. They look the same, but one is black and one is brown. Is it possible for them to have the same serial number? Hi,

I don't see any problem with those 2 bags. They just happened to be made around the same time, in the same year, in the same factory. I'm sure Coach manufactures many, many bags per month in the same place.

At least this is my understanding. Always wait for the experts to comment.

It looks fine. This is a "pilot" bag, indicated by the P at the end of the style number on the creed. Pilot bags are bags that Coach initially releases in limited production to test how well a new style will do before releasing them in full production. This is also why the creed looks different from final production version of this style.

Coach bags haven't had individual serial numbers since 1993. Many bags have the same numbers, all they are is factory codes.

ANOTHER WARNING ABOUT SCAMMERS ON EBAY

We've discussed this already at the Ebay board but for those who don't check those posts - Be EXTREMELY cautious about any auctions especially for Coach or Gucci where a Flash or Shockwave link in the middle of the listing takes you to the seller's other listings. There is a group of scammers who have been using similar methods for two years now to lure buyers off Ebay and to their own sites. Here's the most recent discussion:

The scammers Flash links show URLs like this:
http://www.1800bagwallet.com/flash/hollywood1.swf
and lead to a known fakes-selling website called HollywoodFashionMall.com

Purchases from them will very likely be fake AND have no Ebay protection through Paypal. They may also be stealing personal info and installing spyware but as of yet there's no proof of that other than this gang's previous record under their original fakes-selling website called MyBabyPet. They continually set up several dozen IDs who leave phony positive Feedback for each other.

Usually you can mouse over a link to see ahead of time where a link takes you. ANY LINKS SHOWING 1800BAGWALLET.COM or HOLLYWOODFASHIONMALL.COM should be avoided - all they sell is fakes, and any Ebay auction including those links should be considered fraudulent and the items counterfeit.
