It looks ok, it's so hard to read those parchment colored creeds. Rare has become the new evilbay buzzword. They are even calling the Factory Legacy stuff rare.

I would wait on one of our guru's to respond.

I'm not a guru but it seems to be ok.

Could someone please tell me if this looks authentic!! Thank You!

Oh yes you are!!! You are a wealth of information and we would be lost without you. Thank you so much for all you do.

its authentic, from the new season that came out around last month, no way they could have replicated it so fast.

Sure they can, they can have a fake up and running before the official release of the genuine bag. These are professional criminals who have contacts inside the plants and design and procurement offices who pass them information. And new bags that haven't been officially released can be pre-ordered months ahead if you have the number, posters here at tPF do it all the time.

And why do you think Coach sometimes releases early production photos that don't match the final production model? Sometimes it's done to make it harder for the counterfeiters.

Counterfeiting is a multi-billion-dollar industry, and those in charge know that the first crooks to fake a new style and get it into circulation can make a LOT of money.

The bag in this link you posted is DEFINITELY fake, BTW:

Aaaaw, shucks - thanks! :cutesy: But remember, it's a group effort.

I am brand new to all things coach & traded some makeup on MUA for this "coach" bag. I was told it was a 2001 bleeker tote. Can anyone verify this for me? Also how much did it originally retail for & does anyone know how I can clean up the canvas parts, they're kind of dirty..THanks!!

Actually it was made in late 1999 for the 2000 Spring and Resort season. The style is called a Canvas Bleecker Bucket, the colors were just called Beige and Red, and it retailed in 2000 for $218 US.

A dry cleaner who's used to dealing with leathers is probably the safest way to try and clean it. You could try a Mr Clean Magic Eraser on the smaller dirt spots.

Does anyone else have a good fabric cleaner they could recommend?

Tide to Go sticks work wonders on these fabrics too!
