Probably because of the broken turnlock in the front. Supposedly Coach will fix that since it was a manufacturing defect, so it would be a real bargain.

Hi everyone I am knew and just getting into the coach bags. I bought a patchwork blue coach back off DHgate.com. Everything looks really good to me except I am noticiing on all the coach bags the tag that hangs down from the side is leather and handstitched. Mine is metal, is this something that coach does or is mine a complete fake.. Can I go to a website somewhere and punch in the seriel number which would tell me. Thanks.

First of all just because the serial number is the same doesn't mean the bag is genuine! Don't EVER depend on that as proof.

And if you bought it from DHGate, it's FAKE. Everything sold on that site is COUNTERFEIT. Send it back and get a refund.

YOU CAN'T BUY GENUINE COACH FROM ANY WEBSITE EXCEPT COACH, MACYS AND NORDIES. ANY OTHER WEBSITES ARE SELLING FAKES.
