I think you were sinde the way you spoke to me about the website listing the item numbers, just because I have a concern about the authenticity does not mean you should treat me like I am stupid. You obviously believe this product is real, but you should still treat you customers with respect. I will drop this issure after this but I believe I was sold a fake bag.

I don't know why they told her it was fake. I wasn't snide with her I was very upset about it. She said she was an avid coach collector, but if she was, she would know this item is indeed rare and REAL!

I replied to her that if someone had accused her of selling a fake bag, how would she feel? Where I'm from (NY) it's a federal offense punishable by law and/or fines. I know. I was a detective for fake bags for a while.

the Sas in NY at the same way. Theres like 10 new guys there and NONE of them know or even understand bags let alone coach. I ask them for something they say huh? i asked them for a citron legacy wristlet they gave me a chili. that's one mistake i appreciated!

^I sold a Dooney wristlet a few weeks ago that I bought directly from their store-so I knew it was authentic. Still my buyer insisted it was fake. She argued with me non-stop over the issue. I finally refunded her $ so she would leave me alone. Sometimes things just aren't worth it! She also said she had it authenticated from Dooney. She must have meant a department store or just over the phone becuase she did not have time to send it in. So I know how you feel! Good luck with this one.
