Hello! I haven't posted here in quite a while.
I just won this duffle on Ebay, but am wondering...what do you all think about it? This seller seems to sell AUTHENTIC Coach bags, but what tha heck do they DO with them...drag them behind their car??!?! It seems that lots (almost all) of the bags, completed & active, are dirty or have been "cleaned". So...my question is: do you think this bag looks GOOD? Should I go ahead and pay and risk it or what??

Yikes! :confused1: Hmmm....I may hold off on paying for the item then, at least until I get some more EXPERT opinions from you girls!!!

The only thing that makes me feel a LITTLE better is that they will give a refund - especially if it is NOT Authentic!

Teena, which pink purse are you referring to? I see two different lilac bags in the Completed listings but nothing listed as pink.

Looks authentic to me! Everything is where it is supposed to be and it matches up on the drilldown.

Yes, I think it's real. I looked it up before but forgot to respond to your original post - sorry! Yes, I believe it's authentic. I've seen those bags before and they are, in fact, limited edition bags.

My question for anyone who knows is have Carly's come out with this kind of lining? The price tags (which in my opinion looked good) were still attached too. The box even looked good. However, I have suspicions that it's fake. There was nothing glaringly obvious (i.e. symmetry and placing seemed ok), but I just got this *feel*. All I can go on is the Coach lining. Can anyone give me their opinion? I wanted to take a pic, but I didn't want to be too obvious about it since she was really happy with the present, so unfortunately that's all the description I can give. Just curious. Thanks!

These Carly bags are called "cotton" and so they do have a strange feel to them. The dark brown Cs aren't solid dark brown; they almost have a grainy linen look to them, KWIM? Here's a photo I found on eBay that shows what I am talking about:

The lining should he a beige/tan color and the creed patch should be brown distressed looking leather like the leather trim on the bag.

It's nearly impossible to tell from those photos, but the Legacy Stripe bag (on the right) is fake. The Legacy Stripe bags had gold leather trim and handles and that one looks to have a brown leather trim and handle. If one is fake you have to assume they are all fake... sorry. :sad: I hope you aren't the winning bidder!!

Yes, they once bought an excellent condition Coach bag from me under the Titanjewelry name and resold it under the Yestore name. I don't have a problem with that, but it did bother me that they listed it as a display store purse, brand new, with just a few scratches on the leather, rather than a previously owned purse.
