I think she (the seller) took a picture of the back side of the bag....when I look at it on coach's site it shows it facing the other way with stitching down the middle. Can anyone who has this bag verify that there is no stitching running down the back? Does that make sense? lol!

I am pretty sure that is a fake. All of the seller's other keychains are FAKE! So I would avoid purchasing from that seller.

I agree. It's a good copy of the real keychain, but some of the other listings are showing the white and brown box that means fake, and the font on the hangtags is wrong too.
