They just got back to me and said this:
Hi, Amber....Thank you for writing. We are liquidators and receive items from many different sources. You are able to have any COACH item repaired directly through COACH and I belive another customer had told me that they charge approx $20.00 for a new turnlock. There is no FS on the creed. I asked them if it was a final sale and where they bought it and such, but no response yet.
I'm probably wrong, but I thought the FS was just to prevent store returns / credit, but that they would still repair it if possible? I sent in a bag I have that's marked FS and they fixed it with no problem.
If they won't repair it, on the Coach site, they give you a number you can call and get a turnlock, with instructions on how to replace it yourself - maybe that could be an option as well.

You'd have to post pictures of the actual bag to tell if your particular bag is real, but the style definitely exists. I think they just took it off the website recently.
