on this one, it's just a different shape, the boutique version was shorter and wider than this one, but that's about it. go get it! they are becoming more and more rare

It is hard to tell from the pic, but I'm 99% sure they are authentic. They are outlet bags, I'm sure the seller got an extra discount, so the price is not that low.

yeah this one is good....all depends really...for this, just MY personal taste, I wouldn't spend more than 50 bucks...because it's not my thing. But if you REALLy like it then go for it...maybe at least 50% of the retail price is good.
