Ugh, so frustrating!! I should have asked for more pictures before I bought it!

it's the outlet version of the bag, that's why the tag may be different.

OK, the underside of the strap is all black. I'll resize my pics. The bag is not stiff at all, in fact, it almost melts in my hands - especially the strap.

The stitching on the third pic really worries me, it's pretty uneven for a Coach, even on the hangtag. And take a good look at the hangtag itself - are the two C's in different fonts? The first one looks like the trademark Coach C but the second one doesn't.

The other "Coach" she's selling is a bad fake - you might want to avoid this seller.
