That's real, cute too! But be sure to check out the bottom, that suede is a pain to take care of and it looks like it's already discolored.
You can search the forum for the cleaning suede with a nail file thread, it has pics too!

The style #10329 comes up as the Ali on coach.com.
BUT I took that from her description, I can't make out the creed entirely.
Maybe need to get a better pic of the creed to be sure of style #.
But I think it's an Ali.
