It looks identical to the one I just bought....but I paid $153 at the Coach outlet. You might want to first check to see if they have any at your nearest Coach outlet. You'd save a lot!

Other than the older leathers, the only checkbook cover I remember seeing at Coach was a mini-Sig from a few years ago. If the Signature cover would normally be part of a currently-available checkbook wallet like a Hamptons Signature or a Soho Signature, it's almost 100 percent sure to be a fake. Some of the fake covers I've seen are even using the style number of the full checkbook wallet in their listings.

Ooops, I meant to reply back, but not to my own response. But anyway, I'm referring to the red sandals that I was asking for help to authenticate......

I'm sooo bummed. I went to buy these (from someone on Craigslist) and they were fakes!!! There was evidence of glue-like stuff near a seam! Oh well! Right after that, I went into the Coach store at the mall and they were having a sale on some sandals!!!! I didn't think the store stores had sales (& the SA said they don't) but every now & then she said they do have shoes on sale! I got my pair for $69...from the Coach store!!! I feel better now! :)

The drilldown shows a brown leather baseball, but I would assume it coud have been made in white. But the price tag looks way off to me. I would so love to have a Coach baseball keyfob!!

Also, does anyone know how long ago these were made? Is $98 around the price I should expect to pay?

If it's from GigiTrading, it's genuine. But you're probably paying close to the original retail.

The reason I'm questioning is that this is one of the "FAKE" brown and white boxes in the authenticity thread - and that second fog that I['m bidding on is sitting on a box JUST LIKE THIS!!
Please enlighten me on how to tell!??
