yes some bags have feet. This one looks authentic to me. matches the drilldown on the coach website

real, and just to warn you, the price on this may get very very high, these are highly sought after
real, and yes, they do put feet on some of their bags (I actuall wish they would do it more often, like on the gallery totes)

PLEASE do not be discouraged by low starting bids, plenty of them are authentic. I only sell authentic stuff obviously and very very often I start at 99 cents and take the risk, I've sold probably hundreds of various designer bags, and my coach ones have always sold for at least what I wanted. I start at 99 cents to create interest, which it does.
