The most effective way to get fake items removed off of eBay is to contact Coach/LV, etc through their eBay Vero page and give them the auction numbers. Ebay rarely removes fakes if it only gets a handful of reports but the auctions seem to vanish within a day whenever I contact these companies through their vero page.
