yeah, I would just think twice about a used diaper bag if you're leery about it. A new one, no prob, but I just always wonder....good luck!!!

It looks like someone's used a conditioner on the leather, which Coach says not to do on the Legacy bags, and it's discolored the leather unevenly.

They actually DO make a bag like that but the one in the original post is a fake:

The C's aren't centered, the hardware has a very obvious mistake, and the serial number is wrong, the 10500 style number is only from the last 2 years and would never have been used on a bag made in 2003. Oh, and the hangtag is wrong too,

Hi, Ladies!

I bought this bag before I discovered this website. It's the holiday patchwork pouch, and has the creed (no serial number, but I know that is to be expected in the pouches). The seller said she purchased it from the Exchange (a millitary mall) and I saw the receipt. The patches are identical on both sides of the purse, and the quality seems to be up to Coach standards (even stitching, beautiful fiber optic fabric, etc.).

However, since I'm very new to Coach, I'm still a little nervous. Here's the link to the auction:
