It's awfully close, but I'm leaning towards fake. The word coach on the cloud looks a little funny, and the c's just aren't quite right on the one you got. hope this helps, I'm not an expert, but it just looks fishy to me.

i'm leading towards fake as well- mostly because the umbrella looks totally off (the signature part that has gaps, kwim?)...plus the real one has stones on the handle of the umbrella. this one has signature, it looks like.
