I agree that it's fake --

The one you linked to is the Large.. the one in the pic is the medium (1489)

But it's pink instead of the green.
And you're right the C's are way off. On the real one the C's are much larger. The pink is definitely a fake.

And you'll notice her description lists #1490 and the dimensions are also for the larger bag but as you said the details are for style # 1489. Nothing on that bag is what it's supposed to be. Even the handles look cheap compared to the genuine bag.

I think maybe it's real - wallets are always a PITA to figure out :hysteric:

The only thing I can say is if it comes in a one-piece clamshell-type Coach box it's probably genuine, if it comes in a two-piece box it's probably fake. I know that's not much help. :shrugs:

Watch out for snipers though - I bid on an identical one a few months ago and bidding went nuts in the last five minutes. Lucky for you, I think I finally have enough purple wallets! :laugh:

Thanks so much Hyacinth! I did not know this about the clamshell box so I just learned something new.
This auction originally had a BIN price of $129 - but that disappeared when I entered my bid. I do know what you mean about the last minute frenzy but I guess I'll take my chances as I do love this purple color - it's so me! :yes:

I should be more specific about the boxes - the two-piece white and red ones are OK. the two-piece white with brown are the ones so many fakes come in.
