This is a crook looking for someone to sell him fake purses. He wants new Coaches for between 10 and 20 dollars, ten at a time, so he can sell them on Ebay?

So do we all, Dude. The difference is, we want REAL ones.

I responded to the post by sending them the Coack link to "Who is authorized to sell Coach product? and "suggesting" that anyone who responds to their post is suspect! Obviously any responses to the "Want it Now" board are anonymous.

I haven't heard anything from ebay since this morning's e-mail about removing the listing (which didn't say much other than that I am no longer obligated to purchase the item - a little too late for that)... I didn't realize ebay was the one who kicked her off, I thought she had maybe scammed a bunch of people and then shut down her account? But yeah, wow, ebay moves fast!

I began a SNAD claim on paypal just now. EDIT: I though I had paid with my credit card, but it actually came out of my checking account... can I call my bank and have them do a chargeback? Or will that not work? :\

Thanks everyone!

You can only do one or the other - file a Paypal claim OR, if you'd paid with a credit card, do a chargeback. If you do both, or even contact one while you're filing with the other, both Paypal and your credit card company or bank will deny the claim. Otherwise they assume you're trying to get refunded twice.

Ok... then I'll stick with the paypal claim. Thanks again :smile1:
