Hi: I have this bag in Lime Green. I bought it a few years ago at a coach store. The first line of the listing says it is purple leather and it is not leather. It is fabric like a satin. The pull on the purple one is pom poms and mine is thin long leather pieces. The side of the bag shows where the handle is attached to the bag, mine has the Coach logo with leatherware, est 1941 on it. Also the creed inside is totally different. The numbers could be because of the year, location, color (I really don't understand them) but it is L04J-1891. It is also out of leather and not suede. I love this bag, I tried to return it after I bought it thinking I wouldn't use Lime Green and every store employee was taking dibs on it, if I returned it. So I kept it, I guess with that much attention it was a good bag to keep. I am NOT a coach expert, I am asking for help on bags myself, but when you see one you have, I just thought that I would make a comment. This might be a authentic bag and things changed since I bought mine, but I would wait for someone else to put in their input. I also saw it in Red on the coach website. It looks like mine. :hrmm: :smile1:

Nope, they started out with about 9 bags on the table and they were gone in a matter of minutes. That was the 1st Coach that I bought. I was, note "was" , going to give it to a g/f who loves Coach bue decided to keep it....and then it began....I now have 3 great Coach bags. I'm trying to give my D&Bs a run for their money now LOL

Hi PrairieDawn! I was actually asking to see a creed for the leather bag you had. The signature bag (this creed you just posted is from the signature bag) is definitely fake. Sorry! :sad: But the leather bag may be real, I just wanted to get a closer look at the creed for the leather bag to be absolutely sure.

As I've already said, both these bags are authentic. Systomic27: I'm not sure what you mean by the cheap paper and plastic tag on the second one. The second one is definitely 100% authentic. It was purchased from the Coach Outlet (note the Coach Factory tag and the bullseye on the creed).

I am extremely wary of purchasing wallets on eBay, as they are some of the most commonly faked items and are especially hard to authenticate without seeing/feeling them in person. Please wait for Hyacinth's opinion on these before bidding.
