And could someone please authenticate these Coach boots?
I can't tell you how many boot auctions I've lost in the final seconds. Found these on ebay with a really good BIN, so I jumped! And yes, I can actually walk in them :)
Any idea how old they are? Any info is always appreciated…Thanks!

Could someone please authenticate this Coach bag?
From GW…
Approx. 16"w at top x 10"h x 2.5"d. Strap drop 7" to rings.
A 2006 Pastel Scribble Large Hobo #133? Creed is really hard to read :(
Thanks as always!
Authentic.

They're authentic but I have no idea of age.

The Salearea Guide on Authenticity Guides says "However, Coach numbers should never have 5 or fewer digits, should never be missing the "No" in front of the serial #, and should never have 2 dashes in the number", and strictly speaking, the "No" in front of the number isn't part of the serial number and neither is the space or dash right after it. The statement about numbers not having 2 or more dashes refers to known fake numbers like B5-834-64 or YE-02-57-0589 and only to the actual digits or dashes in the serial number itself.

In her Coach Fakes List, Daria48 specifically says:

"B5-834-64, YE-02-57-0589, or ANY serial number divided into 3 or 4 parts with spaces or dashes is fake. Coach serial numbers NEVER have more than 2 sections, not counting the "No" in front of the actual serial number."
which is probably a little clearer.

Much clearer, thank you so much :smile1:

Good morning ladies, please authenticate the following:

Item: Vintage Coach Black Leather Shoulder Bag Purse. Looks mint. No reserve.
Listing number: 121947326169
Seller: Hunting1970
Link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Coa...326169?hash=item1c64a086d9:g:DgsAAOSwGYVXBPfm
Comments: On a first glance, the turnlock looks fake and the strap is apparently not the original Coach strap. And the picture for the creed is very, very blurry! (I've already asked the seller for a better photo of the creed).

Thanks for all your expertise and input!

More pictures aren't necessary.

Although the creed picture is completely illegible, the seller states the serial number and it's a known fake.

ETA: Do not buy from hunting1970!!

She has another fake with the same invalid serial number of 308-9875.

Yes. Although she doesn't show the serial number portion of the creed, she describes 4C-9911 as the serial number, one known to be invalid.

Additionally, the cell phone pocket and the "Coach" name on the lower right of the front flap are other obvious problems.

That's what I thought - am getting better at this thanks to the experts here!
So thanks BeenBurned - will report it.

If someone could take a look at this bag I bought a few days ago, I appreciate it!

Listing #272173091012

My only concern is the edges look practically new which is almost impossible considering the age of the bag and how the interior looks like. I guess they were covered with some paint which also left some traces on the buckles. I don't think it was the Leather Restorer which as I know is very thick and glossy and leaves stitches smothered.

It's fine.

Hello again and thanks in advance.

Item: Top Handle pouch?
Size: About 9 x 4 x 3 inches.

Comments: I got this cutie at a local thrift shop, I am 99.9 % positive it is authentic, but I have not seen many items with this print. No creed inside, just the little tag on the seam.
