I sent an email to Coach a while ago about www.ovocoach.com and received and email a week after that saying their department responsible for fighting with these sites is working on it. The problem with those sites is that their server physical location is China so every time the site it gets shut down, a new one would pop up shortly after that.

"Ovocoach" is number 491 of the 498 domains they shut down. But like you said, they probably have backup sites already up and running. All Coach can do with sites located outside the US is play Whack-A-Mole and shut down the most obvious violaters every year or two.

Too bad they didn't have the brains to do what Chanel and LV did years ago and go after the US fakes-selling sites, since many of those had owners actually living in the US. Chanel got default judgements against almost all of them and can legally go after the site owners' assets, which they obviously can't do with the Chinese and other Asian sites. I always wonder if Chanel ever collected any of those judgements, and how much.

Comments- i noticed what looked like the same bag in 2 different listings at the same time. both listings had the tag attached and a bent handle and had similar features so it seemed like they both listed the same bag.

Those are two different listings from two different sellers. The pictures are different pictures, different angles and different backgrounds. One seller is in NJ and the other is in CA. (I thought you were referring to 2 listings that used the same pictures.)

I believe the bag in your Flicker album looks authentic.

HI ALL! I Just wanted to say that at least 50% of COACH Duffle Sacs style #9085 AND I lost count of how many Helens Legacy Bucket bags I have looked at over the past week are CRAP Counterfeit Bags. I have been reporting them to ebay & when time allows putting them on Hall O SHAME..but they keep multiplying. Spay or Neuter Fake-ola FOACH Bags!UGH!

Yeah, I think the first person sold it to the second person, but the buyer for the first one had a different name from the second person so I wasn't sure it there was something fishy...but either way, glad to see it's authentic! Thank you so much

This is beating a dead horse but I'm not sure why you think both bags are the same one. The bag isn't a rare one so there are probably hundreds (if not thousands) of them around, many of which are listed on ebay, amazon, bonanza, tradesy and other sites.

It's highly unlikely that krisallis78 is the original seller with addicted2_shopping is the buyer.

krisaliss78 sold her bag from March 2. Even if the buyer paid and the seller shipped that day, it's unlikely that the bag would have gone from California to NJ in 2 days allowing the buyer to photograph and list it the next day.

addicted2_shopping listed her bag on March 5 and it sold on March 6. Also had she been krisaliss78's buyer, after paying $331, she would have needed to sell for a lot more than $350 to even break even, much less make money!

In this post posted on March 21, you asked about the listing from the first seller so I assumed you were krisaliss78's buyer, no?

Every listing needs to be evaluated on its own merits and unless two different sellers are using the exact same pictures (indicating that one might be a picture thief), there's nothing untoward or unusual to see multiple sellers with the same bag.
