Sorry, I am not trying to upset anybody. My computer is not loading up the whole conversation. I also have questions but I have to reply 5 times before I can post so I am trying to research what is relative to my questions. Again I am sorry for my disruption.

I am so ashamed - I think I bought a fake. I was buying a bunch and didn't want to bother you ladies with all my purchases. The stitching is all wonky and it doesn't feel like leather. I don't know if you can tell from the photos as they aren't really clear. I can take better photos when I get home but this is the listing:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/172113287481?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

seller: junkrwe
Item:172113287481
Coach Willis bag

You're right, it's fake. Get your money back. And if you don't have time to check with us first, DON'T buy it. ESPECIALLY any bag that has a serial number starting with "J".
LondonUK, you needn't be ashamed. It's junkrwe who should be ashamed for selling fakes without authenticating her items prior to listing them.

For the record, I reported 2 different fakes from junkrwe on January 20.

These are the creeds from her January fakes. It's hard to read the first but it's a J8Y:

First of all, there's no "IF". It IS a counterfeit, if it's the same bag as in the photos. Since you've apparently already received it I would contact the seller and tell them it's been confirmed as counterfeit and illegal to sell and then start the usual SNAD claim process if the seller refuses to refund the FULL cost including shipping charges. The font used in the number is completely wrong for that plant and year, the shape of the padded area above the turnlock is wrong, and a Willis with a "4" year code for 1994 would NEVER have silver hardware since that wasn't available on Willises until 1998.

BeenBurned may have some suggestions. I'd also suggest slowing down your rate of purchasing and allowing plenty of time to have ALL of them authenticated. After all it's not like Willises are rare and you have to jump on every one before someone else buys it. It will probably take more time going through the Dispute process than it would have taken for us to authenticate - or in this case UN-authenticate - the bag. And depending on Ebay you may even get stuck with paying return shipping charges. You really shouldn't have to send it back since it can't legally be re-sold to anyone.

Again, wait for BeenBurned to suggest the best course of action. But the first thing Ebay will require is that you contact the seller.
Generally, it's recommended to try to work things out with the seller before opening a dispute.

However in this case, since there's a history of fakes with junkrwe, I'd recommend opening a SNAD dispute straight away and skip working it out with her. That will (again) put her on ebay's radar and possibly restrict her from selling designer items. (I didn't mention it in my previous post but prior to the report for the 2 fakes in January, my records also show reports for 3 fake a year ago in Feb., 2015.)

A seller with this much of a history of not doing her due diligence needs a dope slap and maybe ebay will do that.

ETA: You might want to leave appropriate feedback (neg) right away for the seller since there's a history. There's a chance that the listing will be reported and if it's removed before feedback is left, you won't be able to leave it after the fact.

Open SNAD, describe the bag as counterfeit and you should win the dispute easily. When you win SNAD, the seller is required to pay for and forward you a return shipping label. Once tracking shows that your returned item is delivered to her, she should issue a full refund. If it doesn't happen, call ebay, give the tracking number and they'll release the refund.

Could someone please authenticate?
I snagged 3 bargains at GW 50% off sale on Sunday…
Approx. 7.75"w x 4.5"h x .5"d. Strap 6" to rings.
Is there an official name, or just Patchwork Wristlet? Any info is always appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

This one was hiding in the tote bag section of GW for over a month…strange hangtag!
Approx. 9"w x 7"h x 2"d. Strap 11" to top edge of bag.
1997 Ergo Small #9020, right?
I've included pics of the hangtag…very smooth, but not quite patent, yet single-sided burgundy leather. Definitely not the original one for this bag...I'm stumped if it's real!

And last, but not least…
Heart is approx. 2.25"w x 2"h x .25"d. Ring 1.25" diameter.
Should it have a tiny metal tag?
Thanks again!

All genuine. The wristlet style 40927 that matched the 2007 Holiday Patchwork Bleecker bags (11356,57,and 58) and the Ergo Mini Zip are the first two, maybe someone else will have a name for the photo charm, I don't have that one in my files.

ETA - Maybe this is it? Is the color actually a hot pink patent? It looks more reddish and less like patent in your photos, must have been a cloudy day. :D Still no name for it but it might be style 92325.
