Please follow the following requests:
  • Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
  • Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item

  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

I need help determining if this bag is real. I've never seen a rectangular coach logo plate and there's no creed inside? This is not from eBay but rather, a seller from Facebook. I don't have much information other than this picture :/

I don't authenticate newer styles, but smaller bags often don't have creeds. That's a small bag. And that rectangular plaque has been used on recent Madison wallets.

Wait for someone else to authenticate.

1- genuine, but not vintage yet since it was made in 2002

2- genuine Sonoma Full Flap. Maximum strap LENGTH, not drop, was only about 31 inches

3- genuine 4977, Sonoma Zip Compact Clutch Natural Grain. I have NO idea if it's rare or not.

4- genuine Soft Bucket Zip

Please request pictures of any labels/tags sewn inside the bag to the lining. If there's a zipper pocket inside, a label may be attached inside it also.

Please post links to online listings. You don't need to post pictures unless they aren't provided in the listing. You could have just posted the creed picture.

If that is the creed to these listings, the creed looks fine. However, I'm concerned because I swear I can see grooves in the back of the turnlock. I can't recommend it without better pictures to confirm or deny.
