The style number is actually 32262 and it's a Mini Brooklyn Messenger Bag from 2014. If the seller didn't give you any measurements please know that this is a VERY small bag for a "messenger" style, the others listed on Ebay give about 9 x 6.5 x 3.5 inches as measurements with a 22-inch strap drop.

Not being an expert on newer styles, I'm not comfortable authenticating it, and the photos really aren't good enough to be sure even when compared to the ones listed on Ebay. You can see the Ebay listings here and check out the dimensions and the other details of the bag:

http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_sin...rgn=-1&saslc=1&_salic=1&_sop=1&_dmd=1&_ipg=50

I don't see any obvious problems, but some of the newer fakes are very accurate.

Thank you for your help on the style number. I had been trying to dig around last night for a while with the wrong style number lol
No wonder I found nothing[emoji13]

I don't believe the seller has it in her possession if she said the style number started with an 8

Hello,

Does this Ali look good to you?

Item: COACH 65th Anniversary ALI BLACK VACHETTA LEATHER SHOULDER BAG J069-10329
Listing number: 301810640260
Seller: laneycurves
Link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/301810640260?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

Thanks in advance!

There's no photo of the creed patch and serial number, and we always need to see those details.

I'd also want to see better pictures of the hardware, especially but not limited to the strap rings where they attach to the bag, and of the other parts of the turnlock assembly that aren't shown in the photos. Those Legacy leather styles with the antiqued brass had a tendency for the brass hardware to develop verdigris, a green coating that develops on the brass that's similar in some ways to rust, and it could happen even if the bag was never used.

Ebay allows sellers 12 free photos so I don't understand why sellers can't take a full set of photos, especially of the creed.

Off Poshmark

That's all the information I have

I think the bag is okay although I'd like to see a link to the PM listing as well as the seller's ID. (See post #1 of the thread for posting instructions.)

It's from Poshmark - it's an app on my phone so I don't have a link but the seller is ANAJAFI

Sometimes depending on lighting and angle, it's easy to misread a serial number. I think the pictures are her own and she has the bag in her possession.

I'm seeing a creed photo and when enlarged, I can read it. The bag looks good to me.

Thank you both Hyacinth & BeenBurned for your takes on the bag. I love the smell and feel of Vachetta leather but am unsure how black Vachetta patina-s. I believe that the darker colors are supposed to get glossier with use, but none of the other black Ali's look like that.

The Whiskey color in the 65th Anniversary Legacy Leather bags developed a great patina over time, even though the color could be uneven depending on how much skin oil an area was exposed to. But I don't have any experience with the black Legacy leathers.

With the really old classic and vintage black bags, a shiny black color almost always means the bag has been treated with anything from oil-based conditioners to shoe polish. I always avoid unusually-shiny black classic Coaches

I purchased this bag from Goodwill. I do not know the name, however the tag on the inside says H1173-18762. Thank you for your help. (attached 5 pictures - please advise if not viewable)

Thanks in advance!
#1 (seller ayman845) and #3 (seller rfrcorp) both look good.

I can't recommend nancybags because there's no telling what you'll receive. She only has 2 pictures in the listing, both of which are stolen from Coach's website. Not only is nancybags infringing on Coach's intellectual property but she's not taking advantage of an ebay freebie.

Ebay allows sellers to upload 12 images of items without charge. Why any seller (especially one who sells as much Coach as this seller) wouldn't take advantage is beyond me.

Hello ladies, may I trouble you to look at this one for me? I purchased on eBay a few years ago and I just have a sinking feeling that it isn't authentic, although the seller did say it was. Back then I didn't know about TPF. Here are the links to the pictures. I surely appreciate it if you could let me know definitively if I was duped or I actually have the real thing. Thanks in advance!
