• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

I'm pretty sure no. Of seven I've owned, only one had a hangtag. The one I had that was new in box didn't. I think it kind of looks out of place.

ETA: it's rare for a wallet to have a hangtag.

It's authentic, probably called a Soho hobo and from 2005.
