BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number

  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read

Hello authenticators! I would love to get an opinion on this 9966 Legacy Zip bag on eBay (link). The price seems low compared to other listings of this same style, although the seller notes in the description that the hang tag is missing and it was likely owned by a former smoker (smells like smoke). Thank you so much for taking a look!!

Please include seller's ID also.

Low price doesn't necessarily indicate that an item is fake nor does a high price mean something is authentic. Those assumptions can lead to mistakes.

The bag is genuine although getting smoke odor out is not easy!

Hello all! Bought a vintage coach bucket bag for my mom's bday, and then, after 3 years of saying she wished she had this bag but NOT buying it herself, she went out and got it last week. So! I'm returning that and getting her another bag! Help authenticating this would be appreciated.

Hi! I saw this court bag on eBay! Is it authentic? Any information you have would be super helpful! It seems kind of expensive but I really do love the red color and it looks like it is in pretty good condition (from my untrained eye haha)! Also, I see some court bags listed sometimes with a darker red shade than this. Is that dependent on the year or country it was manufactured in? Also, do they make red court bags with nickel hardware? I never see them… Thanks!

The bag is authentic.

The seller is incorrect about it being a "Vintage 90's" bag. The bag in the listing was made in 2001.

It's authentic. I would say that finding one in new condition is rare. Keep in mind it might not be the same shade of red.

I'm not sure what is going on here. I believe the Olympics insignia was added to the bag later. The bag itself is authentic, made in the early 90s. Coach made some items for the 1996 Olympics, later than this bag was made, and those had special creeds for the Olympics.
