• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

If the pictures you posted are the actual bag you received, I believe it's authentic. (The pictures shown in the listing don't appear to be the same bag you received: https://www.zalando.pl/coach-covere...shoulder-bag-torebka-ivory-coh51h0cx-a11.html)

But be very VERY careful buying Tabby bags as they're extremely closely faked and from what I've seen online, most are fakes.

Looks authentic to me. Regarding the loops on each side of the bag: mine are also same as yours.

Hi my friend is trying to sell me this purse... But I am not sure if it's authentic because I have done a lot of research and I'm confused.
Serial number is G1276-19034
Coach I believe it's the new Willis crossbody handbag but they can't find the strap?
The tag on the side of the strap doesn't have the 70th anniversary stamp...
They said the dimensions is about 9 by 9..... I'm having them send more pictures if needed ..
What do y'all think? How much is it worth?

I work at a resell shop (Plato’s Closet) and we get lots of Coach in. We just look for a creed and are usually too busy to authenticate, since it’s a bunch of college kids working here. I got this bag at work today, then noticed that Google searching the bag via image didn’t pull anything up.

There’s no serial number on the creed.

Can anyone help??

I think it’s a smaller version of the Metro Horse and Carriage Tote…..

It's fine. It's a Metro leather HAC (horse and carriage) tote.

Regarding "We just look for a creed and are usually too busy to authenticate," that's a poor way to verify authenticity if you're purpose is to only sell authentic items (which BTW is the law).

99% of fakes have creeds, most have serial numbers and since the counterfeiters read a lot of the nonsense in guides, they use YKK zippers (real or fake) in their Foaches.

If Plato's Closet or any other resale shop wants to do the right thing, they should be taking the time to actually verify authenticity and make sure that they aren't putting counterfeit goods on the sales floor.

i found this bag while recently vintage shopping in penang malaysia and i was trying to authenticate the same. i can’t seem to find the name and the year of this bag anywhere based on the serial number. i chose not to get it for that reason. however, some folks over at reddit pointed out hat the design is similar to the Coach Ranch Bag. any one know if this is authentic based on the serial number. i’m sorry if the information is limited as im very new to vintage coach

the number is 007-5146
