Sorry, it's fake. "K3H-" is a recognized always fake serial number prefix.

There's no way to prove that it's a Coach. Hangtags can be changed or added in seconds or minutes and don't prove anything about an item's authenticity.

It's also a strange design for a Coach. There's no way to wear it or carry it on its own and no way to attach a strap (the hole the hangtag hangs from is a bit low on the side of the bag AND a bit too small for a clip type wrist strap), and if you carried it in a handbag or even with a wrist strap, anything inside the pouch could easily fall out. I've never seen a Coach designed like that, but wait for other opinins. The turnlock is also not the design used by Coach.

I agree, it's a weird shape. I think it is trying to be a city fob but it has too many problems.

Got this little guy at a moving sale over the weekend. The zipper head is broken but can be fixed. Just don’t know if it’s real or not. What throws me off is the metal hangtag.
