I purchase this bag at my local thrift store for 25$
It is brown patent leather and suede. Inside # E0893-12710 a Garcia I believe. The original sales tag was included when I purchased it. Photo attached.
Measures approx 14x10x7 (inches)
I would like to know if it is a piece from the 65th anniversary collection.

It's authentic but it isn't a Madison. It's 9880 classic satchel. See this picture that compares the styles.
I stand corrected, thank you for letting me know. This is the catalog picture that I based my assumption on. Once I found it I went no further. It looks like to me that the soft satchel #9880 10 7/8 x6 3/4 x 5 1/2 (wider opening-extended zipper) was a redesign of the Madison satchel #9725 11 x 7 x 4 1/2. I appreciate you taking the time to show me the differences between the two and for the authentication.

It looks good. I don't think it was considered part of the 65th anniversary collection. It came a little later.

Hello authenticators!

Could you please check this? It’s my first time dabbling in coach so I want to make sure I didn’t make a mistake.
This is a Coach scooter 9893 in mahogany from Mercari, seller ID: Melissabby https://item.mercari.com/gl/m63497004974?sv=0

Thank you! I am in awe of all the knowledge you guys have about coach.
It's authentic.

Above quote is from id this Coach.

Dear authenticators! Good afternoon! Not really a request to authenticate but rather a curiousity. I have several non Coach vintage bags that are the same model as vintage and found in thrifts around NYC area. The following is one of them.
Item: like a Berkely crescent
Where purchased: thrift store
Comments: dimensions are....tbd...unable to find tape measure (not at my place). I day dream that a worker made this off hours in the original NYC Factory  ETA:inside zipper pull same as Coach. Extra hardware piece added.

I can't speak for the bag shown but I've see cases where there's just a Coach stamp but it's no rubbed that it's almost invisible. If it's there and if it's Coach, sometimes with a magnifying glass, you might be pick up a bit of the border.

Are there any markings on the buckles?
Are there indentations on the back of the female side of the turnlock?

Thank you BeenBurned! (Please see added photos). No markings on buckles. No indentations on back of female turnlock (2 prongs missing). I do not see the "Coach" pre creed stamp. Found a tape measure... dimensions are 10" height measured in middle, 11" on side. About 10 1/2" width at bottom, 8" or so at top. 43" strap length. DD told me hands off, not for sale. ETA: depth is about 3"

You know there is no way to prove it is a Coach. It could have been made by a Coach craftsman offhours or just a fan. The type of leather looks just like the Coach version and I would think that would be hard to copy. The color looks off. It looks like the suede is russet and the pebbled is mahogany. Maybe that is why it didn't get a creed.
If it’s okay to add here, mahog and russet Berks. I am just shy of getting full sun in my living room. The sueded portion of the mahog is photographing lighter in the thumbnail on the left. In the right thumbnail, I placed them further from the window, as you can see by the less bleached appearance of the sofa.
Check out the hair 😆 *sigh* the mahog was .99 plus shipping eBay auction buy. Fully listed. Members here remember passing on it. I miss you, 2017 :crybaby:
I think the darker area on the russet is the shadow from my iPad or maybe a slight shadow from not being totally flat …
