This colour is a very deep red whose name I couldn't confirm definitively because of Wayback's limitations - I think it might be Rose? Kindly share the colour name if you know it.

The bag has 2 hangtags, is that normal?

It's authentic. It came with only 1 hangtag so someone added an extra.
