Please follow the following requests:

• Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. • Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

• Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
• Made in tags (when available)
• Measurements
• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Authentic. Looks like a Ritchie (note the 't'), made around 1993.

They used the name more than once but it should have a different style number. There is a lightweights camera bag also.

Comments: dimensions are 8" height, 9" width, about 3" depth. The "M" has me concerned but I think recently here there were some Made in United States with the "M". I have my fingers crossed!

Thank you so much @whateve for sharing your time and knowledge with me. It is indeed gorgeous. Slightly misshapen I imagine from storage. However, she feels brand new, as if never, ever carried. I even found a brown Coach dust bag at the same thrift. I wonder if they belong together.

You're welcome! I'm not sure when they started making dust bags but I don't think they did when this bag was made.

Whenever I find something great like that it makes me wonder if the thrift store had even more wonderful items before I got there.

I purchased a 1941 trifold wallet recently and it looks right except, now that I see it in person the snap has me second guessing its authenticity. This one is made in China and the others I have are Vietnam…so maybe that’s all it is, but the snap looks different than my other 1941 wallets. Will you please take a look? I haven’t accepted the purchase yet.

Hi all!
New here! and hoping to get a few coach bags authenticated, please. I was unaware that there are vintage fakes out there!… 😒

This first one purchased years ago online so I don’t have sellers information etc.. this is was through Poshmark though.
The staining on this one was not there when I got it. And I’m not sure how it happened honestly seemed to come out of no where…will have to address that later.

These last two I just recently purchased but haven’t received (wish I had come across this forum before I did!)

I think it’s a Willis? Serial number is 0200-219. The handle is missing and I was thinking I could fix it up. Skyloft is the seller.
