Thanks for the link Hyacinth. It's full of great information and I do remember reading this now .."when 2004 rolled around, a zero had to be put in front of the old 1-digit month code so as not to create confusion"

I'm glad you found the Guides useful. There's a lot of information there, and I found that it helps to read the Guides a few times a year just to refresh your memory. I do it myself. Once you get to be my age, there's a limit to how much information the brain can hold. I hope that refreshing the important information like what's in the Guides can help get rid of the old bits and pieces I never use any more, like the phone number of my best friend in grade school, she hasn't had that number for more than 50 years. (TOwnhall 3-1051. Hasn't happened yet but I keep trying! )

You're too funny. I was going to say something like my memory is like oatmeal and needs to be stirred once in a while so we're definitely on the same page.

Would appreciate help in authenticating this bag, which I bought on eBay. Do you know its official name?
Link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1261017717...gbA_SMBTwi&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Seller: Kim_3791
Creed number: A3S-9186
eBay item # 126101771794
Comment: I looked up style 9186 on this for him, and the search comes up empty. I searched online and found quite a few bags like the one I bought with the 9186 serial number, and took a chance on buying it, but I’m disturbed that I can’t find anything with this serial number here on PF. It looks like it came from one of the outlet shops.
