Over the years, there've been some close copies of cabin bags.

I'm curious about this one. I'm not sure I've ever seen a 2003 L plant and the stamping on this creed doesn't match any of the L plant stamps in my records.

Opinions?

It's fake. Thailand was still using the L code in 2003 for most of Coach's travel bags. The L code plant has been found in Questionable bags "made in China" in 2002 and then back to genuine Thailand travel items in 2003

Genuine:

Thank you for confirming my suspicions. (ETA: I should have been clearer. The stamping didn't match any of the genuine L plant creeds in my records, and those I have are made in Thailand.)

Authenticators, your expert eyes on this thrifted bag will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

The strap has 3 holes. The turnlock may be a replacement?? Doesnt look quite right.

The bag is authentic, made in 2000. I don't see anything that indicates a replaced turnlock.

Item: vintage coach court bag
Seller: thrifted from flea market
Comments: My first ever thrifted in person coach bag was only $5! Excited to add it to my collection but im not sure of authenticity though maybe turkey did their creeds a little different once upon a time? Instead of the x#x beginning its x## also the font is a little different?

It's genuine and the stamping details are correct for that plant and year.

Your court bag is authentic. The stamping and spacing are correct for when and where made.

ETA: @Hyacinth again has faster fingers. :)
